Although he met an accident and he was unable to walk as hit spinal and was damaged. He did not compare himself with others and his self confidence with strong determined to do anything. Also he had an opportunity to meet people in the hospital with the same situation and he could not keep pace or set pace. Even though luckily, little by little he recovered cord injury and though in his mind " You are crazy" he didn't have a workout plan, that let him to participate wheelchair racing  after the learning techniques from online with the guides of his coach and won the competition with medals. Overcoming all the challenges he met in the way he traveled in his life.



When you stop comparing yourself to others, you can accomplish great things, says wheelchair athlete Dean Furness. He shares how, after losing the use of his legs in an accident, he discovered a powerful new mindset focused on redefining his "personal average" and getting better little by little.
